When I was 13, I lost my dad after his three-year battle with liver and stomach cancer. He fought incredibly hard, but so did my mom, standing by his side through every treatment, every medicine, every attempt to help him heal, all while raising two teenagers at home.

Cancer doesn’t only affect patients, it changes entire families.

That’s why I’m participating in the C2C4C ride to support CANSEARCH . For me, this challenge is about honoring my parents’ strength while helping raise awareness and funds for cancer research, better diagnosis, and access to treatment.

I’m not an experienced cyclist, I only rode for fun before this, but this journey is pushing me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way. It’s a chance to grow, support a cause that matters deeply to me, and hopefully make a difference for other families facing cancer.
